At least 3 months of CDL experience About the Role: Drive on predictable power lanes with a steady volume of freight. Experience minimal downtime thanks to consistent freight. Receive dispatches in advance for better planning. 95% of loads are no-touch, with 50% being drop-and-hook. Operates primarily within the Eastern 37 states. Compensation and Bonuses: Earn mileage pay, plus hourly compensation for time spent on duty, even when not driving. Weekly performance incentives available. Potential for a mileage increase of $0.02/mile based on weekly performance. Paid orientation to get you started. Accumulate paid time off after 6 months, along with 6 holidays paid each year. Annual bonus opportunity of up to 2% of your total gross pay. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). HazMat endorsement is preferred. Possession of a passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities. Must live within 50 miles of Laredo, TX. Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience is required.
