Bilingual Crew Lead RH 2nd
CoWorx Staffing has immediate Bilingual Crew Lead openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Rural Hall, NC area! This position is 2nd Shift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15pm-2:15am with the pay of $16.50 per hour. Responsibilities: Train crew on production line, making sure production goals are met. Use the Work Order as a guide to understand job requirements and specifications, assign individual tasks, and train and direct the temporary staff accordingly. Set-up or assist with line set-up as needed. Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product. Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, make adjustments as needed, and recommend and institute line improvements. Ensure that the finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order. Ensure adherence to Company Policies, Safety, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP's). Desired Background/Skills: Resume required. Bilingual required. Must be 18 and up. Attention to detail
