Wireless Retail Store Team Leader.

The Role As a
Wireless Retail Store Team Leader , you will be in charge of a State‑of‑the‑Art APEX Communications, AT&T Authorized Retailer store. Not only will you manage all aspects of running your assigned location, but you will also be in charge of developing each person on your team. We are looking for strong leaders with a successful track record of leading, coaching and inspiring their staff to success.
You will be
Provide new Connectivity Experts consistent, top‑notch sales training using the 5 Step Sales Process.
Mentor and train team members to sales success through observation, coaching and counseling.
Provide strong leadership, motivational and analytical skills; lead a team by example and set a high level of personal and professional conduct.
Supervise store employees; actively involve in hiring and accountability of associates.
Provide superior customer service and meet expected company goals and expectations.
Handle escalated customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
Align with company and branch office core values and expectations.
Solicit, coordinate, schedule and participate in community events.
Proactively develop personal leadership behaviours by seeking additional training and development.
Maintain good employer/employee communication.
Reconciling daily sales reports.
Schedule store employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum one year of retail sales and management experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, motivational and analytical skills; lead a team by example.
Encourage a positive TEAM environment.
Proven organisational leadership skills.
Able to prioritise multiple projects.
Direct experience working in a continuously changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of a two‑year Associate's degree is preferred.
Able to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
