Leasing Consultant at TLC Management Co

TLC Management is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our beautiful communities in the Vernon Hills/Mundelein area, The Majestic. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven to create an exceptional experience for residents, prospects, vendors, and teammates. This is a frontline sales role. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, touring prospects, delivering outstanding customer service, and closing leases. If you’re a people‑person with strong sales and marketing skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in leasing, sales A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and property management software Must be available to work Saturdays Your Contributions

Set leasing and marketing strategy Take responsibility for curb appeal and leasing of the community Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects Walk units and ensure that apartments are move‑in ready Stay informed of the surrounding market, community amenities, and floor plans available Complete applications and lease/renewal documents Assist management with resident relations Maintain daily and weekly leasing reports Analyze market trends and shop competition to identify changing market conditions Any other duties that may be required per TLC policies About Us
