Mid Level Manager Overseeing the daily operations of a department or team within a company. Ensuring that the team is meeting its goals and objectives, and that all employees are working efficiently and effectively. Communicating with upper management and other departments to ensure that the team is aligned with the overall goals of the company.

Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics

Develop and implement policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to manage and develop employees

Experience with performance metrics and data analysis

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements

Location: Oklahoma, United States – Salary range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
