What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Field Sales Representative based in the metro Boston area. This position falls within our Fleet line of business and reports directly to the Field Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new business by selling our industry-leading SaaS‑based Fuel Management solution and competitive fuel card within your assigned territory.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Prospecting, cold‑calling, and generating new business opportunities with middle‑market commercial accounts
Leading consultative sales conversations to uncover prospect goals, challenges, and needs
Presenting and demonstrating solutions that align with customer needs and deliver clear value
Partnering with internal teams (pricing, legal, risk, etc.) to close deals and ensure smooth implementation
Managing pipeline and forecasts accurately within Salesforce
Building and maintaining a professional network to support consistent pipeline growth
Actively participating in sales planning, events, and campaigns
Meeting and exceeding assigned sales/revenue targets
Engaging in ongoing professional development through coaching and feedback
Maintaining compliance with company processes, standards, and requirements
Qualifications & Skills
3 years of documented B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Strong prospecting and self‑sourcing skills; ability to generate leads independently
Proficiency with research and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities
Prior experience selling to or managing corporate clients preferred
Knowledge of commercial payments, fuel, and/or automation a plus
Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Suite preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Compensation
Competitive base salary ($80,000 – $100,000) uncapped commission

Pay Transparency
Realistic year one on‑target earnings are $180,000 – $200,000, though commissions are uncapped. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
