Responsibilities
Take ownership of the venue’s success from beginning to end
Meet monthly and annual sales goals for venue bookings
Serve as point of contact for showings and guest tours
Provide quotes and proposals to potential guests
Lead the catering team and vendors, creating a positive atmosphere
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for corporate headquarters
Manage and plan events to market event centers, including open house events and wedding fairs
Execute marketing plan in conjunction with corporate headquarters marketing plan
Requirements and Skills
Venue sales and management experience of at least 1‑2 years
Proven track record of successful sales bookings
Ability to provide exceptional guest service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally, including set‑up/tear down of event space
Full‑time schedule; must be able to work nights and weekends

Base salary $55,000‑$60,000 plus commission
