Account Manager Liaison

to serve as a vital connection between our clients and internal teams. This role focuses on ensuring that client expectations are met through clear communication, accurate coordination, and consistent follow-through. Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of communication between assigned clients and internal departments

Coordinate account activities, project updates, deadlines, and deliverables

Maintain accurate documentation, records, and follow-ups for all client accounts

Ensure that clients receive timely responses and high-level support

Monitor account performance and identify areas for improved client satisfaction

Collaborate with management to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives

Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and client communications
