Job Details We are seeking a MuleSoft Account Executive for the Higher Education vertical, based in Colorado and Utah. You will work in a fast‑paced team, partner with institutions to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies via the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, and collaborate closely with C‑level executives and other account teams.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Engage with existing customers and new leads, developing strong, positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C‑suite decision makers.
Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Assist with the development and execution of the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
Share both MuleSoft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of full‑cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
Experience selling technical platforms (integration / API) preferred.
Market awareness of Integration / API solutions.
Management of large key accounts.
Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
Evaluation of experience based on core competencies such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, and work experience.
