This is a full-time, on‑site Sales Manager role based in Delray Beach, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, identifying opportunities to grow the customer base, and fostering relationships with clients. Key duties include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams. Collaboration with marketing and operations will play an integral role in promoting the brand’s products and achieving revenue goals. Location: Delray Beach, FL Salary: $75,602.00-$123,432.00 Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, relationship building, and client development Proficiency in creating sales strategies and meeting revenue targets Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, sales reports, and customer needs Familiarity with the food and beverage industry or experience in a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related area Self‑motivated with the capability to work in a dynamic, on‑site environment Seniority Level
