Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Remodel Tradesman based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities include performing a variety of construction and remodeling tasks such as framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, flooring, and cabinetry. The tradesman will ensure all work adheres to plans, specifications, and safety regulations while working collaboratively with the construction team to meet project deadlines. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and assisting in project planning as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, flooring, and related remodeling tasks.
Experience in operating tools and equipment commonly used in carpentry, remodeling, and construction.
Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulations for construction and remodeling projects.
Problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed plans or blueprints.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively with a team on‑site.
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Prior experience in residential or commercial remodeling and related trades is highly preferred.
Flexibility to work in different environments and adapt to varying project requirements.
