Role Description This full-time, on-site Executive Private Chef role will be based in Orange County, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality meals tailored to clients’ dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and special occasions. Additional duties will include meal planning, grocery shopping, pantry stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. The chef will also ensure proper food storage and hygiene practices while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
Culinary expertise, including menu planning, meal preparation, and a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary restrictions
Food safety knowledge, including proper storage, handling, and kitchen hygiene practices
Creativity and experience in creating a wide variety of dishes and cuisines
Strong organizational and time-management skills for efficient kitchen operations
Discretion, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility to accommodate special requests, varying schedules, and specific dietary requirements
Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
Prior experience as a private chef or in high-end culinary hospitality is an advantage
