Earning Potential Earning potential - salary/commission up to $120,000+ per year, based on performance.

Location & Expectations This full‑time position is located at our dealership in Bel Air, Maryland and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers professionally and approachably to understand needs and preferences.

Maintain customer relationships and create lifelong customers; assist with vehicle selection by asking questions and listening.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of Chevrolet vehicles.

Be the vehicle expert; know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, & latest technology.

Perform high‑quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and in‑person to convert leads into sales.

Provide excellent customer service throughout sales process, from inquiry to post‑sale follow‑up.

Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

Meet and exceed sales targets by using effective sales techniques and strategies.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, pricing, and promotions.

Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Complete sales documentation accurately and timely.

Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Bring a positive attitude and ‘A’ game every day.

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours & weekends.

At least one previous job with customer experience required.

Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.

Great communication skills with customers and team members.

Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Ready to learn new product knowledge.

Knowledge of basic computer programs and ability to learn dealership software.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
