Job Description
Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a driven and passionate Retail Part‑Time Sales Advisor to join our flagship store in Glendale Galleria. As a Retail Sales Advisor you will deliver a best‑in‑class service experience in our first IRL locations, creating a fearless, confident, and inclusive environment for our customers.

Responsibilities
Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, creating a welcoming culture for diverse customers.
Actively engage guests and VIP members, providing an experience centered around body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
Stay well informed about the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
Collaborate with Store Leaders and Sales Team to achieve store performance targets.
Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
Provide feedback to the store leadership team to continuously improve the customer and team experience.
Support inventory controls by accurately receiving, transferring, and counting product, and maintaining an organized back‑of‑house.
Strive for excellence by consistently improving day‑to‑day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
Required Skills
1‑2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in lingerie or intimates.
Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Tech‑savvy or highly comfortable with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
Self‑directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
Ability to work in a team‑selling environment.
Capable of standing, moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Compensation Starting hourly rate: $17.30. Offers will depend on scope and complexity of the role, experience, and other factors.
