The Professional Solutions team works with customers one‑on‑one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.

General Function The Regional Channel Sales Manager manages channel performance by region, develops account plans, identifies account opportunities, and ensures regional goals and targets are achieved within the planned budget.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop account plans including marketing and sales tools, merchandising, product, shipping, representative training needs, assortment, displays, and events.

Work with the team to:

Seek out new account opportunities, including new accounts, and improve current accounts (replenishment, shop‑in‑shop, assortment planning, merchandising, POP, windows, training).

Identify training needs within each account and communicate them. Provide input to the US training team on training vehicles for in‑store training by channel (OMatter.com, global training, shop ambassadors, tech reps, Rolling O, tours/events).

Determine and manage sampling and merchandising needs for the channel (product samples, POP, displays, fixtures).

Develop criteria, financial impact, and calendar for sales contests by initiative, and monitor and gather contest results.

Gather feedback from representatives on product, marketing, sales techniques, BDPs, and provide it to the Channel Sales Director (CSD).

Gather industry information on in‑store training, contests, product seeding, events, market shifts, BDPs, and provide it to the CSD.

Review and understand sales performance of the region and channel (sales by channel, KA, product mix, etc.).

Collaborate with other Regional Channel Sales Managers to learn what is working/not working for the channel, including go‑to‑market, product, and competitive threats. Compare scorecards to assess performance across regions.

Execute and monitor overall strategies and performance of all accounts — account sophistication, vendor agreements, inventory levels, and sell‑through data.

Provide input to the CSD on developing and refining the forecast based on the conceptual line plan.

Determine product opportunities within current accounts and develop a sales plan.

Communicate merchandising stories and strategy to representatives.

Attend account events and trade shows.

Own the top 20 key accounts in the region. Develop and deliver KAPs. Work with representatives to drive day‑to‑day activities and maintain personal relationships with key account personnel.

Finalize personnel decisions with the CSD.

Review quarterly loop plans with representatives prior to the start of each quarter and actively drive representative execution within the quarter.

Actively communicate clear expectations to sales representatives on sales, operations, and schedule management.

Basic Qualifications

BA or BS degree in Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent training in business or sales management.

7+ years of successful direct selling experience.

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Extensive related sales management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of sales management experience.

Oakley product knowledge.

Pay Range:

126,654.48 — 184,469.58

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
