Meeting & Event Sales Manager About the Role Responsible for driving meeting and event sales within the corporate segment while ensuring seamless event planning and delivery in line with brand standards and guest experience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop meetings and events sales with a focus on corporate clients.
Handle client inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
Identify client needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Ensure high‑quality after‑sales service and follow up on guest feedback.
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using approved systems.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role as Sales Manager.
Experience of Meeting & Events with high volume participants.
Ability to manage multiple events in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded.
Proficiency in sales and event management systems; fluency in English required.
