Sales Team Leader - Alleviation Enterprise LLC
Pay Range
Base pay: $88,000.00/yr – $108,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Job Overview We're on the lookout for a standout performer who can be a valuable addition to our sales team. With our current rapid growth, we need candidates who naturally embody a "lead by example" approach. Our main goal is to find individuals who deeply resonate with our mission: to help others grow personally and transform, guiding them towards their goals while becoming a better version of themselves.
Responsibilities The Sales Team Lead will spend part of their week actively participating in sales activities while also balancing sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members. This role demands a combination of strong sales skills and prior experience in mentorship or leadership.

Additional Qualifications
Pass a high-level pre‑employment background check
Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
Compensation & Benefits
