Territory Sales Professional – Entry Level Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in an assigned territory. The role focuses on new client acquisition and retention through in‑person sales calls to small and medium‑sized businesses.

Core Responsibilities

Utilize the company Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate new clients within the territory.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.

Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.

Personally visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referral leads, and re‑serve existing clients.

Build and nurture a personal client portfolio.

Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Plan and adhere to a weekly schedule, submitting it each week.

Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each workday.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in the resident state (or willingness to obtain, with study course and licensing fee reimbursement).

Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years post‑high‑school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with limited experience in sales or athletic background will be considered.
