Base pay range $88,000.00/yr - $108,000.00/yr

Job Overview We're on the lookout for a standout performer who can be a valuable addition to our sales team. With our current rapid growth, we need candidates who naturally embody a "lead by example" approach. This role involves leading direct sales efforts in your designated territory. Through our comprehensive training, you'll learn to effectively engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, forging direct connections with business owners and decision-makers. Your main focus will be promoting top-notch supplemental insurance products and services to both business owners and employees.

Responsibilities

The Sales Team Lead will spend part of their week actively participating in sales activities while also balancing sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Active Driver's License and reliable transportation

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
