Senior Living Move-In Coordinator
to support our sales team and create exceptional first impressions for new residents and families.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, relationship-building, and guiding others through meaningful life transitions. You'll be the bridge between sales, operations, and clinical teams—ensuring every move-in is smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated.
Compensation:
$22 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do As the Move-In Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience by:
Coordinating and scheduling all move-in paperwork for new residents
Ensuring all move-in documentation and physician orders are completed prior to move-in
Conducting room readiness walk-throughs with team members before financial possession
Partnering closely with the sales team to support depositors and new residents
Providing personalized follow-up that reflects each prospect's interests and highlights our community's unique value
Coordinating welcome activities, greeting residents upon arrival, and providing day‑of orientation
Maintaining and reporting on the New Resident Manager Checklist during daily stand‑up meetings
Collaborating with community leadership and team members to ensure timely, positive onboarding
Performing additional duties as assigned to support community success
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday-Thursday
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or hospitality
Outgoing, professional personality with a passion for building meaningful connections
Strong verbal, written, and problem‑solving communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize effectively
Understanding of the sales process and how to support evolving business needs
Proven time‑management skills with reliable attendance
Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other business software
