What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Qualify inbound and outbound prospects using BANT criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities

Schedule appointments with decision-makers for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff

Manage assigned prospects and whitespace accounts, utilizing Salesforce data for opportunity identification

Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM and provide timely forecasts

Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Solution Consultants to align on strategy and value propositions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of B2B consultative sales experience with a proven track record

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or related fields

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Sales Engagement platforms

Strong communication skills and a proactive, self‑motivated mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings in a sales environment

Familiarity with compliance solutions and related product offerings

Proven ability to meet or exceed individual quotas and performance goals
