Banker Associate – Emerging Middle Market – Associate

If you are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients, this role as an Associate Banker is for you. As an Associate Banker in Middle Market, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients.
Your responsibilities will include helping bankers cover new prospects, deepening existing client relationships, completing portfolio reviews, building market share and driving internal and external client dialogue. You must have deep working knowledge of our solutions including credit, treasury services, international banking, commercial card and merchant services.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
Strong leadership skills required
Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
Extensive knowledge of products and services
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
