Murdoch’s stores are currently located in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, Texas, and online. Our stores are staffed with approximately 2,300 dedicated team members—all friendly, knowledgeable folks who are there to help! Our aisles are filled with everything a working ranch needs, but we also cater to the needs of the regular homeowner, the do-it-yourselfer, and the outdoor enthusiast. Come see for yourself: You’ll find everything from hardware and fencing, to yard care and gardening, to animal feed and tack, to toys and sporting goods, plus much, much more. Requirements Murdoch’s Store Management Team Members play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience, providing exceptional customer service, embracing the Team Member experience through training and development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Murdoch’s Store Management Teams are comprised of the following opportunities:
Store Manager
Assistant Store Manager - Clothing
Assistant Store Manager - Hardside
Assistant Store Manager - Operations
