Business Development Executive (Polish Market)
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Executive
to drive new business growth and expand GetResponse’s presence in the Polish market. You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – in a dynamic, global SaaS environment. Success in this role is measured by achieving sales targets and proactively managing the sales pipeline.

Main Tasks
actively generate and manage a pipeline of high‑value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
engage potential clients through a mix of cold‑calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking; qualify inbound leads and convert them into active sales opportunities
conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budget
lead negotiations, present value propositions, and close new business agreements
develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate GetResponse’s features, benefits, and competitive advantages
maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity
act as a company representative during industry events and conferences
continuously improve sales skills and stay up‑to‑date with market trends and best practices
Requirements
minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software sales
proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Polish proficiency (near‑native level) in both spoken and written communication
English proficiency (B2 level) in both spoken and written communication
ability to manage multiple opportunities independently and drive full sales cycles
strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C‑level executives
Salary range
Contract of Employment: 7 500 – 9 000 PLN gross monthly + monthly sales commission
B2B contract: 400–525 PLN net/man‑day + monthly sales commission
