Job Description
Conduct comprehensive onsite home assessments using detailed evaluation guidelines provided.
Prepare and submit accurate assessment reports after each visit.
Maintain and uphold luxury, quality, and consistency standards across assigned properties.
Build and sustain positive working relationships with Hosts and property owners.
Respond promptly to emails and coordinate visit schedules via the designated platform.
Qualifications
Background in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or related fields preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high‑quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible with scheduling and able to work non‑standard hours as needed.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple site visits.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
