Site Civil Foreman Reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager or the Civil Superintendent and leads crews in all Civil and Structural construction work for TAS module installation.

Position Overview As a Site Civil Foreman, you will oversee the civil construction crew, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget adherence for TAS modular installations.

Key Job Responsibilities

Assist the Site Manager and Civil Superintendent in identifying and screening employees such as crane operators, steel workers, concrete workers, and general helpers.

Coordinate daily tasks according to site priorities and plans.

Regularly report project status to Management.

Oversee and mentor all Civil craft labor.

Participate in or hold daily briefing and safety meetings with the crew.

Delegate individual responsibilities to crew members.

Work with the EHS Lead to ensure safety practices and company policies are implemented and followed.

Assist in maintaining budget and schedule for all Civil/Structural activities.

Ensure that the most up-to-date drawings and construction documents are in use.

Work closely with Site QA/QC Leads to maintain appropriate records.

Assist lessons learned process and communicate to Leadership.

Manage Civil/Structural drawing red‑line process for site corrections.

Resolve civil/structural conflicts and miscommunications with all parties and disciplines.

Perform any other tasks assigned by TAS.

Basic skills with Microsoft Office suite and construction management software.

Knowledge of construction terminology and practices.

Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Education & Training

High School diploma plus construction site experience and training.

Civil/Structural licenses and formal training are a plus.

Minimum Requirements

5 years of experience in Civil construction, including structural and foundation work for modular installations.

Proven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplines.

Ability to travel domestically on short notice.

High energy, driven individual who communicates and interacts well in a team environment.

Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment Position involves at least 50% desk work and 50% travel. Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, move objects, operate a computer, and perform repetitive motions. Visual acuity required for reading and data analysis. Subject to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
