Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Jr. Client Partner / Sales Leader to accelerate our growth in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) vertical.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology sales, proven success in developing new client relationships, and the ability to manage and grow strategic accounts.

This role focuses heavily on new logo acquisition, pipeline development, and supporting clients through transformation‑led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The Jr. Client Partner will collaborate closely with internal portfolio, delivery, and consulting teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies, craft compelling value propositions, and drive opportunities from origination to closure.

This is a growth‑oriented role designed for a sales professional ready to step into a larger client‑facing and revenue‑generating responsibility.

Responsibilities

Drive identification of market opportunities through structured strategic planning and market research.

Leverage existing client relationships and industry network to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Identify and pursue new opportunities within target BFS accounts, including partnerships that expand market reach.

Create and deliver compelling pitches and proposals aligned with client priorities and business objectives.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders—including CXO‑level executives—by demonstrating industry insight and understanding of client needs.

Own the early stages of the sales cycle: opportunity identification, validation, qualification, solution positioning, and handoff to senior sales leadership when needed.

Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (delivery, consulting, product/portfolio groups) to shape the right solutions for clients.

Support deal pursuit activities, ensuring timely progression from lead generation to closure.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in BFS technology, consulting.

Proven track record in acquiring new accounts or expanding existing ones within the Banking & Financial Services segment.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage senior‑level stakeholders.

High energy, collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to bring cross‑functional teams together to drive outcomes and progress deals.

Strong business acumen, boardroom presence, and sound judgment.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a “get‑the‑job‑done” attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced growth environment.

Ability to articulate and position a unique value proposition that communicates both short‑term and long‑term business impact.
