Job Overview Top 20 global full‑service law firm is looking for a mid‑level Real Estate Associate to join their LA, San Diego, or OC team.
A top‑ranked, full‑service global law firm with a Real Estate practice that is among the leaders in the industry.
Property developers, lenders, investment managers, private equity funds, REITs, operators, joint ventures, sovereign wealth funds, international developers, and private owners look to the firm for diversified and broad legal services.
Responsibilities Assume drafting and negotiating commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development.
Take on significant project responsibilities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development).
Preferably have large‑firm (especially AmLaw) experience.
Strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, ability to take on significant project responsibility, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
