This opportunity is a base salary + commission.
Benefits
Annual Base Salary + Commission (Hourly Base is $18 /hour with commission and bonuses; year end salary would range from $45,000-$75,000)

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals established by management
Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers
Provide quotes, review coverage options, and assist customers in selecting the best policy for their needs
Handle customer inquiries and objections by advising and educating them.
Obtain new business through referrals, networking, warm leads, and any other sources provided.
Requirements
Be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License
Sales experience is a PLUS!
Bilingual is a bonus.
Basic computer software knowledge
Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
Professional office and phone etiquette
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
