Floating Leasing Consultant
Join Bell Partners Inc in a dynamic multi‑family leasing environment. This role focuses on leasing, resident service, and lease renewal in a community of 85,000+ homes across 13 states.
What You’ll Do
Effectively lease apartments and sell properties, products and services in accordance with budget guidelines
Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
Monitor leasing traffic entries and trends
Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and major competition; conduct outside marketing activities
Coordinate application review for each lease, including credit and income verifications
Complete lease packets and files for each resident
Ensure that leased apartments are in good condition before move‑in and conduct move‑in inspection and walk‑through
Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate renewal process
Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
What You Bring
BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience in multi‑family leasing or B2B selling
Strong marketing and creativity skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer skills
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team
Basic to intermediate mathematical functions
Physical Requirements
Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs
Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, and hazardous materials
Comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
