Position Overview:
This position supports individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining competitive employment. Responsibilities include assessing strengths and employment goals, assisting with job searches and interviews, providing on‑the‑job training and follow‑along support, coordinating services with ACCES‑VR and employers, and completing required documentation. The role also includes employer outreach and community networking to promote inclusive hiring.
Work Location:
Canandaigua, NY
Schedule:
Full‑time; M‑F 8‑4; flexibility in schedule required to meet agency needs. Some evening shifts could be required.

Conduct intake interviews and assessments; identify strengths, needs, and employment goals; and recommend appropriate services.
Teach and support skill development through individual or small‑group instruction.
Assist people with job searches, resume development, interview preparation, and employer introductions; provide job leads and attend interviews as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least one (1) year of experience in rehabilitation, placement services, sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
