Redfin.com customers: You’ll receive 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to clients already in your sphere or book of business.

Technology: Our proprietary CRM helps you manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline, alerting you when someone may be ready to move.

Support: You’ll get a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Our inside‑sales team qualifies opportunities and books appointments directly on your calendar. They handle many event details, such as organizing showings.

Earn More Money

Competitive splits: Redfin Agents earn competitive commissions on the revenue of their closed deals, with no limits on earnings. Splits vary by deal source (Agent‑generated or Redfin‑generated) and higher splits are awarded for repeat Redfin clients.

Who You Are

Active and unrestricted real‑estate license.

Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Minimum of 1 year residential real‑estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real‑estate experience, including prior Redfin experience.

Trusted advisor with in‑depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.

Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals, and earning referral business.

Excellent interpersonal communication and customer‑service skills.

Compensation and Benefits This is a commission‑based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $25,000 to $665,000. On average, agents make $115,000, but there is uncapped potential.
