Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bedford, MA for all levels of Sales positions in IT Staffing. The Sales professional will be responsible for daily tasks including engaging with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, managing sales strategies, and conducting training for team members. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and developing sales teams
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Relevant experience in IT staffing or a related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
