Twin Lakes is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Solutions Specialist to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers. As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will serve as a primary point of contact, promoting and selling a suite of Twin Lakes products and services through door-to-door outreach and community engagement. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to learn and adapt to evolving product offerings and technologies, initiative to engage potential customers and a consistent commitment to representing Twin Lakes with integrity and professionalism. The Customer Solutions Specialist job requirements include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Conducting door-to-door sales, promoting Twin Lakes products and services
Educating customers on product offerings, features, pricing, and promotions
Serving as a brand ambassador at community events and customer-focused activities
Assisting customers with new service requests and providing comprehensive solutions and support throughout the sales process
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience
Maintaining detailed sales records and accurately processing all required documentation
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of sales processes and demonstrate the ability to provide effective solutions to customer needs. Candidates must also be team players, committed to excellence, integrity, and results, with a passion for customer service and the drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
Qualifications Successful candidates for this position require a High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of outside sales or customer service experience (especially in telecommunications or technology) and familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
