Senior Audit Associate The Senior Audit Associate will play a crucial role in our audit department, responsible for planning and executing audits for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, while providing valuable insights to enhance our clients' operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute audits in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Review financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to ensure compliance.

Lead audit teams and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.

Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients effectively.

Identify areas for improvement in clients' financial operations and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

CPA certification is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit within public accounting.

Strong understanding of GAAP and audit standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Des Moines, IA. Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00.
