January 2026 Principal Objective
This full‑time position is responsible for the administration, functionality, and continuous improvement of BetaBase and website platforms. The Member Database and Website Manager supports cross‑department project needs, oversees system enhancements, ensures data integrity, and maintains a seamless, user‑friendly member experience across digital tools. The role bridges technical systems with member‑facing insights, ensuring platforms effectively serve volunteers, staff, and the broader membership. Core Responsibilities
Manages daily operations, updates and troubleshooting for the member database and website platforms. Ensures data accuracy, system reliability and a consistent user experience across all digital tools. Partners with IT staff and third‑party vendors to implement enhancements, integrations, upgrades and long‑term system improvements. Serves as the central coordinator for database and website‑related project requests from multiple teams. Translates user needs into clear technical requirements and manages timelines, communication and deliverables. Troubleshoots user access issues and develops training materials or support resources as needed. Monitors feedback and platform usage to recommend improvements. Produces reports and dashboards that inform strategic initiatives and department needs. Works with teams to identify key metrics and ensure reliable data is available for decision‑making. With the Assistant Director of IT, ensure adherence to data privacy standards, access controls and security best practices. Monitors system performance and safeguards member information. Support the HQ staff with basic IT needs (i.e keyboard, monitor needs, onboarding process, daily “readiness” checks of all shared IT resources). Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data management, communications, business administration, or related field—or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience managing databases, CRM platforms, or website administration and basic understanding of HTML and website content management. Salesforce experience desired. Additional Information

Each position is externally benchmarked, and the salary ranges are evaluated annually. The salary range for positions is based on local and fraternal market data and allows for various experience levels. The actual pay is based on skills, experience, education and other relevant factors. Midpoint for salaries in this grade level is $57K.
