Digital Analytics Analyst
The Digital Analytics Analyst owns analytics and reporting across kiosk and web commerce platforms. This role blends product ownership with delivery management: leading GA4/GTM implementation, governing event taxonomy, auditing data quality, and ensuring measurement is aligned to business goals. You will influence both the implementation of data capture and the output derived from that data, ensuring integrity and usefulness end‑to‑end. You’ll be responsible for defining, refining, and reporting on KPIs that measure both platform health and business performance, while producing actionable insights for Marketing, Merchandising, and leadership. Required Experience Analytics of web commerce or kiosk platforms and reporting/presentations GA4/GTM implementations Writing Features, Epics, and User Stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing analytics delivery through development sprints Building and reporting on KPIs (dashboards with Looker Studio/Tableau, BugQuery) Conducting KPI-driven testing and experimentation (A/B, multivariate) Audit event collection and funnel integrity Produce actionable insights for other teams and leadership Seniority Level : Mid‑Senior level Employment Type : Contract
