Full‑Time Dealership Sales Manager
to lead and inspire our sales teams across our
Salt Lake Valley locations , representing premier brands like
Chevrolet, Cadillac, KIA, and GMC . In this onsite leadership role, you’ll be part of a dynamic, customer‑driven environment where integrity, teamwork, and growth are at the core of everything we do. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and helping our teams achieve new levels of success. What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team across one of our Salt Lake County dealerships. Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals. Recruit, hire, and train top‑performing sales professionals. Maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners. Analyze performance data to improve profitability and team effectiveness. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of dealership sales management experience (multi‑brand or multi‑store experience a plus). Strong understanding of dealership operations and finance processes.
