SERVPRO Team Shaw is one of the largest SERVPROs in the country, having grown from one location in 2020 to 33 locations across the DFW and Texas markets. We assist over 5,000 customers with water and fire emergencies and provide full turnkey services from Water and Fire Emergency Services to Reconstruction and Textile Cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists

Participate in professional associations and host lunch-and-learns

Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer relationships and building new ones while educating them on why SERVPRO® is the preferred construction and restoration company

Cold‑call leads and create new business opportunities within your market

Guide clients through the complex restoration process, ensuring exceptional service, seamless project execution, and proactive problem solving at every stage

Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new project opportunities within the local market

Manage small‑scale jobs as a project manager

Collaborate with sales and operational teams to foster teamwork and continuous learning and process improvement

Prioritize client satisfaction by addressing concerns, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring quality outcomes

Utilize Salesforce to track activities

Position Qualifications

A minimum of two to five years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience

Proven track record with sales within the service or B2B sector

Strong business and financial background and a results‑driven attitude

Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry preferred

Experience with Salesforce preferred

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience

Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

Strong customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive or emotionally charged situations
