Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming community environment. Drive leasing success by effectively leasing apartments, meeting occupancy goals, and positioning Madison Communities as the #1 choice in the market. Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, amenities, and competition to confidently present our offerings. Track leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends to optimize leasing strategies. Oversee the lease process from application review through finalizing paperwork, ensuring seamless and compliant transactions. Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs to verify move‑in readiness. Build resident relationships and coordinate lease renewals to maximize retention. Engage in outside marketing efforts to promote Madison Communities as the preferred choice for apartment living. Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people. Creativity and problem‑solving aptitude for attracting and retaining residents. Tech‑savvy: comfortable with MS Office and property management software. Preferred property management or sales/leasing experience, but not required.
