Compensation:
$19.00–$20.00 / hour plus commission
Key Role Responsibilities
Effectively communicate daily with potential residents regarding building availability and tours.
Orchestrate new leases and lease renewals.
Follow up with prospective residents.
Assist in off‑site and on‑site marketing.
Respond promptly to any resident concerns.
Meet daily with the Property Manager to submit reports and discuss leasing initiatives.
Provide support to other leasing consultants.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years in sales or property management (preferred).
2+ years of lease‑up experience (preferred).
Familiarity with Class A or luxury communities.
Excellent written & verbal communication, organization, and customer‑service skills.
Committed to continuous learning of rules, laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in operating various computer functions and property‑management software systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and any other state‑required licenses or certifications.
