Position Overview Mid‑Sized, Family‑Owned Company Seeks Experienced Superintendent, Above Market Base Salary + Bonuses.
Salary $110,000 - $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Proven ability to manage on‑site construction activities from pre‑construction through closeout.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and subcontractor coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and field teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings.
OSHA 30‑hour certification preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
