Job Summary The Account Manager works with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to serve client accounts. You will handle day‑to‑day client servicing, manage renewal and marketing processes, prepare presentation materials, and maintain proactive relationships with clients and carrier contacts. The role requires a proactive, independent approach using strong verbal, electronic, and written communication. The position is full‑time, ideally working hybrid from our Dallas office; remote options are considered for experienced candidates working Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm CST.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts on an assigned book of business and lead client meetings.
Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish in conjunction with Account Executives and Advisors.
Communicate directly with clients and carriers, collaborating with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive.
Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures, keeping policy records in the agency management system.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work both in a team and independently.
Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor in handling situations.
Customer‑focused and able to establish and maintain effective relationships.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agency management system(s); EPIC preferred.
Highly organized, with strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Self‑confident, independent decision maker with a teamwork mindset.
Attention to detail, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities and technology.
Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 2‑3 years in High‑Net‑Worth personal insurance service.
Experience with EPIC or other agency management systems.
Understanding of high‑level, high‑touch client management.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required with insurance industry training and license.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration
P&C Insurance License required upon hire.
What We Offer Competitive salary ($70,000 – $85,000 base) with performance‑based incentives, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary will be determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope, and geographic location.
