Audit Manager
We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join Baker Tilly US in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on industry‑specific audit and assurance services for middle‑market clients.

Responsibilities
Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry‑specific clients.
Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
Implement appropriate testing to assess deficiencies of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
Provide valuable financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
Deliver business insight through thoughtful review, analysis, and discussion.
Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally.
Invest in your professional development and participate in firm-wide learning programs.
Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; master’s or advanced degree desired.
CPA required.
5+ years’ experience in financial statement auditing in a professional services firm desired.
2+ years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates desired.
Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate ethical knowledge, and commitment to quality.
Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
Compensation The compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $173,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
