Varies Based on Assignment Position Overview This position develops proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch leaders under the direction of the Manager, consistently processes all customer transaction requests, and identifies opportunities to convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent adheres to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values and may work at various market locations. Primary Responsibilities - Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. - Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. - Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. - Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. - Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology. - Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks according to established policies and procedures. - Serve as risk manager by understanding, reporting, and managing daily risk as required by the F.N.B. Corporation risk management program. - Comply with regulatory laws, company procedures, and all compliance requirements for all positions. Minimum Level of Education Required High School or GED Minimum # of Years of Job Related Experience Required 0 Skills Required - Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Detail‑oriented and proficient in personal computer and job‑related software. - MS Word – Basic Level, MS Excel – Intermediate Level, MS PowerPoint – Basic Level. - Experience in a related position and knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services. - Sales and customer service skills.
