Receive and guide prospective residents in reception and leasing operations. Provide excellent customer service and maintain office communications, including phone, file, and general office duties. Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, and documentation, in a tax‑credit housing environment. Qualifications
2+ years of property management or leasing consultant experience. Sales‑oriented, motivated, and energetic with strong communication skills. Experience in tax‑credit housing preferred. Valid state‑issued license and reliable transportation. Benefits
