Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick specified items from warehouse shelves based on order forms or digital lists.
- Use RF scanners and other devices to track inventory movements and confirm picked items.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain accuracy in picking to ensure correct orders are fulfilled.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable using scanning equipment and other warehouse technology.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is a plus.
