We’re looking for an experienced Activities Director to join our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, creative individual interested in enriching the lives of our amazing residents.
- 32-40 hours a week
- Welcome new admissions
- lead and expand existing activities program for residents and staff
- Assess interests and life activities
- Create a calendar of activities for residents and staff!
- Implement programs that are fun and interesting
- Celebrate birthdays and milestones
- Communicate with families
- Create opportunities to enhance morale and engagement
The Director will plan a wide range of activities and events, create monthly activity calendar, and manage the Activity Assistant who will help implement the various activities for both residents and staff. The community has an activities bus to take residents on outings and enjoy local attractions which may include:
- Fisher Cats baseball games
- Picnics at the beach
- Apple picking
- Ice Cream shop
- Movie theater
- And so much more!
