Our client is one of the largest residential lighting manufacturers in the U.S. that supports high-end builders and design firms with over 50 company-owned showrooms in every major market. They are looking for a Director of Sales to oversee a $206M region of independent rep agencies calling on the A&D community and regional high-end builders.
What You'll Do
- Monitor independent showroom sales reporting
- Strategic account management and new market development
- Recruit, train, develop, and coach a professional sales team
- Support new showroom location development as needed
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- 5+ years of selling to residential home builders
