A 70+ bed, very high-tech community hospital just 20 minutes outside Indianapolis is seeking a Director of Pulmonology to build out a new team with a long-standing patient population. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with primarily pulmonary care and light PCC responsibilities—allowing you to maintain your skills and build a practice the best way you see fit — all while living in one of the nation’s top-rated communities for families.

Position Highlights

  • 70+ bed hospital with a 23-bed ICU
  • Light critical care load: typically 1-2 vented patients per month
  • Flexible hours with strong work-life balance
  • Onsite call burden is low thanks to a strong hospitalist team
  • Advanced technology, including robotic bronchoscopy
  • New physician has potential to also practice doing some Sleep Disorders

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary (600K Potential for Director Candidates) + RVU Productivity
